Adult Ministries

"Hands at Prayer Shawl" Ministry

Meeting Schedule:
We gather on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 1:00 PM in the Youth Room. Some members also enjoy lunch together at noon before the meeting.

What We Do:

  • Knitting and Crocheting: Create beautiful shawls, teach beginners, and enjoy fellowship.
  • Remote Participation: If you can’t join us in person, feel free to complete a shawl on your own and bring it to the church when finished. Contact Janet Furman to assist with the next steps for blessing and presentation.

How You Can Help:

  • Donations: Contribute yarn, knitting or crocheting needles, or coupons for materials.
  • Sponsorship: Make a financial donation to support our ministry. All contributions go towards materials for creating the prayer shawls.
